- Drafts and prepares technical project documentation and executes routine reviews of program artifacts.
- Maintain analytical data logs for project metrics and support the preparation of performance report summaries.
- Follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
- Supports the technical validation of mission execution deliverables across the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Draft project health reports and assist in the tracking of resource utilization trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.
- Prepare data summaries for mission-partner reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency plans.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of position relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data collection and technical reporting.
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles.
- DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).
- Experience in military logistics or operations documentation.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
