- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to define the nature and extent of problems and providing data-driven recommendations to the Government.
- Analyzing relevant data sets, including annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule, and expenditures to ensure project success.
- Interviewing managers and employees while observing operations to develop comprehensive solutions to organizational problems.
- Preparing and solving mathematical models to understand the nature of the organization and its relationship within the Government culture.
- Reporting findings and recommendations to the Government through detailed written reports and professional oral presentations.
- Assisting stakeholders with the implementation of suggested improvements to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.
- Working across teams to maintain a professional, mission-focused environment that strengthens the organizational foundation.
- 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable solutions for Government stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and interpreting mathematical models to support organizational decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
- 7 years of experience supporting DoD environments or government contracting.
- Must possess a Secret security clearance prior to starting this position.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
