MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an on-site position.

- Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
- Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems testing and product programs
- Track program/project status and schedules
- Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
- Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance
- CONUS Travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 9 years of project, program, or data analysis experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 3 years of experience in project or program analysis or data analysis
- Experience with USMC maintenance data specialist processes and procedures
- Experience conducting briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel
- 3 years of experience supporting DoD programs or related organizations
- Be familiar with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operations
- Be familiar with the S1000D specification for technical writing
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
