MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Engineer to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.

- Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability
- Lead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.
- Work alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems.
- Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).
- Assist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projects
- Design multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parameters
- Use software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data
- Document testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance
- 12 years of professional engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Experience supporting Navy Electronic Warfare Systems
- Experience supporting RF and Digital devices
- Experience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division)
- Must hold an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
