- Travel 10%–20% CONUS/OCONUS as needed to rack and stack hardware, interpret a CRL, and cable racks based on technical documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with multiple organizations while on TDY assignments
- Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer
- Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters
- Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages
- Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)
- Develop schedules and logistical strategies for managing hardware across the program
- Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites
- Collaborate with other organizations and management to finalize details to ensure smooth deployments
- Five (5) years of experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT applications
- Experience documenting and maintaining detailed records of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Experience performing immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support.
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
- Occasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual meetings, which may include delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
