MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Security Officer Manager to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.

- Directs an organization's security functions, including physical security, Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities, and safety of employees and facilities.
- Serve as the final Technical Authority for the establishment and enforcement of security policies across multiple program sites.
- Authorize security protocols and validate compliance with national industrial security standards and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements.
- Provides high-level programmatic security oversight for the logistics and sustainment mission.
- Authorize the Program Security Plan and coordinate with Government leadership to ensure full compliance with mission-specific security requirements.
- Approve security analysis, plans, and studies required to support multinational Mission Partners.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10 years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Expert-level professional security designations.
- Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program security deliverables.
- Master's degree in a related field, PMP certification, and extensive experience with USSOCOM programmatic security requirements
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
