MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electronic Maintenance Technician to join our team in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.
This role supports the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) legacy workload in troubleshooting and repairing radar legacy systems.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Interpreting and integrating hardware based on drawings, system wiring diagrams, and interface circuit boards
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and testing of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
- Abiding by all Electronic Discharge processes and procedures while handling Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs)
- Soldering to revised printed circuit boards
- Completing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), High voltage training, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and associated training within the first 30 days of employment
- High School Diploma and 3 years of relevant engineering and electronic experience OR Associate’s Degree with 1 years of relevant engineering and electronic experience
- 1 years of experience in reading, understanding, and creating technical drawings (schematics) of electrical equipment
- Must possess a Solder certification per IPC requirements, either the IPC J-STD-001 or IPC 7711/7721
- Experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
- Wear steel-toed boots daily (employee-provided).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to remain in stationary positions for extended periods of time.
- Ability to climb and descend ladders safely.
