Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE PRIOR FURNITURE SALES EXPERIENCE.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and conducting stock counts
- Being able to Negotiate with customers .
- Product Knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred ; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities is mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences
- Able to Lift Up to 50 LBs.
