Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Daily tasks include managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining organized records and files. The role also involves providing general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff, assisting with document preparation, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The Receptionist is expected to interact with clients courteously and maintain confidentiality in all communications.
Qualifications
