What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatics Supervisor position at Manson Park and Recreation District?
Manson Parks is looking for an experienced and energetic lifeguard to fill the Aquatics Supervisor position at Manson Bay Park for the 2026 summer season The Aquatic Supervisor will take ownership of the Free Swim Lesson program by redeveloping this longstanding program. Job duties include hiring summer staff, restructuring the swimming lesson program, training lifeguards and swim instructors, promoting safety, and working directly with the public to ensure a successful program. Applicants must have (or be able to obtain) the following certifications (or equivalent): Water Safety Instructor, Waterfront Lifeguard with Deep Water Certification, First Aid/CPR/AED, and preferably, Lifeguard Instructor. Minimum 3 years Lifeguarding experience required. Work schedule is flexible but is expected to run April 15th through the end of August hours per week. Position is open until filled.
