Description The Manson Northwest Webster School District is looking for a 5-8 Grade Multi Subject (Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies)in our 7-12 building. The MNW Jr/Sr High School building is located in Manson, Iowa. We are 30 minutes east from Fort Dodge and about an hour and a half north of Ames. Job Summary To facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district and state approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment at school; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations and goals. Primary Responsibilities: Manson Northwest Webster Community School District is seeking a dynamic and student-centered educator for a full-time 5-8 middle school teaching position. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Iowa teaching license with appropriate middle school endorsements and demonstrate a passion for creating a flexible, engaging classroom environment that supports student growth and achievement. Responsibilities include planning and delivering instruction aligned with curriculum goals, maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and participating in school improvement initiatives.
