Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Sales Representative located in Holyoke, MA. The Printing Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, engage with prospective and existing clients, and build strong, long-term relationships to meet sales targets. Additionally, the role includes providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and implement effective strategies. This individual will actively participate in training and keep up-to-date with industry trends to drive sales success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients or team members as needed
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the printing industry and related products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business-related fields
Salary : $1,000 - $300,000
