Concierge (overnights Sun - Mon)

The Mansions at Alpharetta  is looking for a new Front Desk team member! 

Front Desk personnel are generally the first point of contact for customers & prospective residents.

They also have extensive daily interaction with customers. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and maintain an accurate knowledge of operational policy & safety procedures. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.

JOB TYPE / REQUIREMENTS:

· PART-TIME

· Must provide excellent customer service & communication with residents, their family, co-workers, and supervisors

· Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Screening and pass a pre-employment Drug Test

· Must have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance

· Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend throughout shift. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (including but not limited to)

· Answer phones, greet customers and assist with their needs, filing, make copies, etc.

· Must be able to adequately use computers for communications, writing letters, input prospect & resident data, input & update service requests, etc.

· Maintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, and emergency procedures, etc.

· Always make sure leasing brochures & welcome packets are stocked and ready for the next shift

· Schedule transportation for residents on corresponding days

· Assist with resident activities as needed

· Hourly rounds of the building, post notices/flyers, assist with dining linens

· Light cleaning of office, break room, lobby, and other common areas as needed

· Hourly round of community, ensuring exits are secured

· Other miscellaneous duties to be determined as situations arise
