Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining presentation quality and ensuring accuracy.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly to prepare for new guests, maintaining cleanliness standards throughout service.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support food safety protocols by handling dishes and utensils properly, adhering to hygiene standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs of guests to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including side stations and service areas, to promote a safe and inviting environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with serving techniques, bussing, and basic food preparation is advantageous.
- Occasionally get ice or other items for the bar.
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
