What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at MANSFIELD PLUMBING PRODUCTS?
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
This position requires a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background screening.
- Unload containers as they are docked for unloading
- Verify container quantities to BOL
- Assist with inventory counts
- Bale cardboard
- Forklift operation - assist with the loading of trucks
- Employees will be cross trained on all positions within a department to provide coverage on breaks, lunches, absences, vacations, etc.
- Will use basic math skills throughout the day
- Performing quality checks on work throughout the day
Physical Demands: Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear, to use both hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb or balance.
