Job Description: Mansfield Motor Group is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service/ BDC Reps to join our Business Development Center. Goal for this postion is to communicate with new and existing customers using phone, email and text to set appointments for our sales department. If you are looking to start a new and rewarding career or have prior automotive BDC experience, we have the opportunity for you. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilize phone, internet and email to communicate with customers trying to sell their own vehicles
- Utilize computer system to work with customers and vehicle information.
