FT Bilingual Front Desk Desk Receptionist (Primary Care Clinic)
Join our dynamic team at Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic a leading primary care clinic dedicated to providing compassionate healthcare to our uninsured community. We are seeking a skilled bilingual (English and Spanish) front desk receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and assist in ensuring smooth operations.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Verify Montgomery Cares eligibility information and assist with payment questions.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the clinic manager.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
