Essential Duties
- Arrive punctually and ready to work at the scheduled time.
- Greet and assist all customers with warmth and positivity.
- Accurately take, fill, and process guest orders clearly and professionally.
- Stay knowledgeable about all products — taste, learn, and be able to describe them confidently.
- Keep pastry and bread stations immaculate and fully stocked at all times.
- Perform daily and as-needed cleaning of displays, fridges, tables, and all retail areas.
- Proactively solve problems and assist the management team as needed.
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards and a clean, neat appearance.
- Attend scheduled meetings, trainings, and company events.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pants/Shorts/Skirts: Neutral or muted colors, modest length (no bright colors, sweatpants, or distressed jeans).
- Shirts: Manresa Bread shirts or simple patterns (no crop tops, tanks, or shirts from other companies).
- Hair: Must be tidy and secured away from the face.
- Shoes: Closed-toe shoes only; sneakers, clogs, or flats are acceptable (no sandals, Crocs, or slippers).
- Apron: Required during shifts.
Schedule & Availability
- Store hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Must be available for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional meetings.
- Ability to work 4 or more hours per day.
- Holiday Blackout Period: Please note that November and December are blackout months. Time-off requests during this period will not be approved, as these are our busiest months of the year.
