Job Title: Trade Compliance Specialist (Contract)

What’s the Job?
- Manage Global Trade Services (GTS) compliance activities, including resolving blocked transactions and supporting cross-functional teams
- Prepare and submit Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the Automated Export System (AES)
- Conduct denied party screening and ensure compliance with export regulations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC)
- Support export licensing activities, including tracking usage and expiration
- Maintain accurate trade data (ECCN, HTS, country of origin) and support compliance workflows
- 2–5 years of export trade compliance experience in a manufacturing or global environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems
- Knowledge of AES filings, EEI submissions, and export regulations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC)
- Experience with product classification (ECCN, HTS) and compliance processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
