🛠️ What You’ll Do Supplier Auditing & Qualification
- Conduct supplier audits using VDA 6.3 standards (P2–P7)
- Evaluate and qualify new and existing suppliers
- Lead audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-ups
- Manage full PPAP lifecycle for new and modified components
- Approve documentation (PFMEA, control plans, process flows)
- Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA)
- Drive supplier compliance and quality system alignment
- Lead root cause analysis (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, PDCA)
- Drive corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze trends and improve supplier performance
- Act as the bridge between suppliers, R&D, procurement, and field teams
- Manage supplier-related quality issues and escalations
- Support cost recovery related to non-conformities
- Contribute to supplier strategy and cost-reduction projects
- Collaborate with global teams to align quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Engineering preferred) OR equivalent technical experience
- 5 years in manufacturing, quality, or production environments
- 3 years of:
- Supplier quality engineering experience
- PPAP management and supplier audits
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong understanding of:
- Engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Quality systems and standards
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- VDA 6.3 Auditor certification (or strong experience)
- Background in automotive or regulated manufacturing
- SAP (Quality Module) experience
- PLM tools (TeamCenter or similar)
- Valid passport for international travel
- Work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects (data centers)
- Be part of a global, high-growth environment
- High visibility and impact across supply chain operations
- Opportunity for long-term extension (up to 3 years)
- Initial contract: 1 year (extension potential based on performance)
