Pay Range: $110,000-$130,000
What’s the Job?
- Lead the design and analysis of complex mechanical components and assemblies, including:
- High-performance Heatsinks and Heat Exchangers for optimized thermal management.
- Precision Optical Assemblies critical for laser performance.
- Innovative Opto-Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Assemblies.
- Advanced Direct Diode Laser Sources, Fiber Coupled Laser Systems, and supporting Tooling and Test System Design.
- Create CAD designs and detailing using SolidWorks while adhering to GD&T standards.
- Leverage ANSYS other advanced analytical tools for comprehensive design validation.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in semiconductor or other electronics packaging.
- An understanding of thermal design and fluid flow.
- Competency in ANSYS for design validation.
- Experience designing components and assemblies.
- Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
