What's the Job?
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams, often involving multiple client offices, to deliver high-quality geostructural engineering solutions.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of engineering services.
- Review and check construction documents including calculations, plans, and specifications to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare proposals and comprehensive engineering reports to support project development and client communication.
- Coordinate geostructural services with internal teams and external clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year program; a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical and Structural preferred) is highly desirable.
- 8 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and structural engineering projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or the ability to acquire licensure by reciprocity.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective time management, and interpersonal skills.
