Job Title: Site/Space Planner (Moves & Changes Coordinator)

Pay Range: $30.00/hour
What's the Job?
- Coordinate employee moves and workspace relocations across multiple facilities.
- Enter, track, and close move-related work orders in the work order management system.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors, movers, and furniture installers.
- Maintain and update occupancy, seating, and space planning databases.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, Security, and vendors to ensure successful move execution.
- AutoCAD experience (required).
- Experience with space planning, occupancy planning, or workplace planning.
- Move management or employee relocation coordination experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
