Service Associate

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Service Associate to join their team. As a Service Associate, you will be part of the Mission Readiness department supporting the BaseOps and Alpha Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Associate

Location: Miami, FL

Pay Range: $25/hr

Available Shift: Wed-Sun 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Tues-Sat 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Daily Responsibilities:

• Clean, fuel, and prepare vehicles and equipment.
• Keep the worksite organized and presentable.
• Assist with moving and staging vehicles and parts.
• Handle basic documentation and vehicle readiness checklists.
• Launch software and verify configurations before test operations.
• Help manage spare parts inventory.
  
  

Additional Support:

• Assist technicians with basic mechanical or technical tasks (e.g., fluid checks, part swaps)
• Help with testing logistics such as setup, traffic control, or support vehicle driving.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of work experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or similar fields.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, loading, etc.).
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Able to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
  
  

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Technical training or automotive experience.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace.
• Experience working in fast-paced or field operations environments
