Regional Director GeoStructural Engineering

Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Regional Director GeoStructural Engineering to join their team. As a Regional Director GeoStructural Engineering, you will be part of the Civil Engineering Department supporting the Geostructural Practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for innovative solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regional Director GeoStructural Engineering

Location:Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania

Pay Range:$120,000 - $200,000

What's the Job?

• Lead and grow the geostructural business within the Philadelphia area, fostering new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Oversee the review of complex construction documents, including calculations, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating efforts across various offices and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement QA practices, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic planning.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program; a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical or Structural) is preferred.
• 15 years of relevant experience in geostructural engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience in transportation, support of excavation, and wall design is preferred.
