Job Title: Quality Technician - (Manual environment)

What's the Job?
- Evaluate parts produced on various production lines, including electro-mechanical components, welding, powder coating, and assembly.
- Perform end-of-line testing to ensure products meet Tesla standards by identifying and flagging suspect or nonconforming parts.
- Support containment activities and document defects accurately for quality tracking.
- Guide production teams in proper disposition of parts, escalating unresolved issues to engineering and management.
- Communicate quality issues effectively, support process improvements, and maintain detailed records of quality concerns.
- Technical knowledge to identify good quality parts and deviations from standard processes.
- Ability to decipher data and document defects clearly and accurately.
- Experience working in a manual testing environment, preferably in manufacturing settings.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Basic measurement and inspection skills, including familiarity with tools like calipers and gauges, is a plus.
