What’s the Job?
- Perform routine and non-routine biochemical and molecular biology assays to support QC testing and product release.
- Follow established SOPs and GMP guidelines for testing raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
- Conduct incoming inspection activities including sample analysis, batch record review, and trend analysis.
- Accurately document laboratory procedures and results in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Assist with reagent inventory, retention samples, and basic troubleshooting of assays or instruments.
- Hands-on molecular biology laboratory skills (PCR, gel electrophoresis, pipetting).
- Knowledge and experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
- Experience with DNA or RNA sample preparation and/or qPCR (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work independently after initial training.
- Competitive hourly pay within a growing biotechnology market.
- Hands-on experience in a regulated QC laboratory environment.
