Production Supervisor

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join their team. As a Production Manager, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and team development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Production Manager

Pay Range:$90000 - $105000

What's the Job?

• Support daily operations that drive efficiency and profitability within the soybean crushing facility.
• Lead and manage production activities, ensuring processes run safely, reliably, and in alignment with quality and performance standards.
• Guide team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce.
• Monitor production goals, optimize workflows, and partner across teams to maintain consistent output and operational excellence.
• Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and routine maintenance programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Management, or Business; or 5 years of management experience in lieu of degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in soybean crushing or a similar industry.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with experience handling hazardous chemicals preferred.
