What's the Job?
- Support daily operations that drive efficiency and profitability within the soybean crushing facility.
- Lead and manage production activities, ensuring processes run safely, reliably, and in alignment with quality and performance standards.
- Guide team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Monitor production goals, optimize workflows, and partner across teams to maintain consistent output and operational excellence.
- Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and routine maintenance programs to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Management, or Business; or 5 years of management experience in lieu of degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in soybean crushing or a similar industry.
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with experience handling hazardous chemicals preferred.
