As a Production and Assembly Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the creation of high-quality visual communication products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production and Assembly Associate Location: Woodridge, IL Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) What's the Job? Build exhibits and promotional products firsthand in a fast-paced environment Follow production schedules and work with short lead times Handle materials and assemble products with precision and care Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working with measurements and fractions High school diploma or equivalent required Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed What's in it for me?
