Job Title: Packaging Engineering Technician - Testing, Validation & Product Support
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Pay Range: $30.00/hour
What's the Job?
- Perform packaging testing activities, including distribution simulation, vacuum testing, torque testing, and related evaluations.
- Support pilot runs, product builds, and engineering validation activities.
- Inspect and measure raw materials using calipers, scales, optical comparators, and other precision measurement tools.
- Document test procedures, results, and observations through clear and accurate technical reports.
- Assist with engineering, laboratory, and administrative tasks based on departmental priorities and project needs.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, quality, or packaging testing environment.
- Hands-on experience using measurement tools such as calipers, scales, gauges, optical comparators, or similar equipment.
- Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to follow testing procedures, collect data accurately, and maintain detailed records.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Competitive pay at $30.00/hour with a consistent 1st Shift schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
