Job Title:Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

What's the Job?
- Prioritize and address safety-related issues in the plant to maintain a safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support production reliability and minimize downtime.
- Provide hands-on technical support for equipment breakdowns, installations, and special projects.
- Train and assist operators in performing autonomous maintenance and basic equipment care tasks.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on all assigned production equipment and tooling.
- Strong multi-craft background including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with PLC and CNC equipment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems for work order management.
