Job Title: Mobile HVAC/R Technician
Location: Dayton, Ohio
What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety and energy efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to uphold facility standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, demonstrating technical proficiency and multi-skilled capabilities.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work order management, update work status in real-time, and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, including supermarket refrigeration.
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform call-in work and other duties as required.
- Ability to study and familiarize oneself with various equipment and operational methods.
