Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in commercial facilities management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting multiple sites across the region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct facility inspections, report conditions impacting operations, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports on work performed, conditions found, and recommended actions.
• Support after-hours building activities and participate in periodic training seminars to stay current with industry standards.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Universal EPA 608 Certification (EPA certification required).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance that reflects a desire to excel.
