Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer

What's the Job?
- Develop and optimize mechatronic models, simulation tools, and design methodologies for precision motion, fluidic, and thermal control applications.
- Expand Model-Based Design (MBD) capabilities and implement Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) workflows through systems-level integration of mechatronics sub-systems models.
- Create Multibody Dynamics models of Motion Control systems using Simcenter 3D Motion and Simscape Multibody.
- Design and develop CAD models supporting test platforms and innovative prototypes.
- Contribute to prototype development and test platform creation for new design concepts, including automation and control systems.
- Solid understanding of dynamics, control theory, sensors, actuators, and basic physics principles.
- Proficiency in developing mathematical models and simulation tools for mechatronic systems.
- Experience with Siemens NX CAD software, Simcenter 3D Motion, Matlab, Simulink, and LabView.
- Knowledge of system identification, parameter estimation, and multiphysics modeling is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
