Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production release, including prototype and production hardware.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using industry‑standard CAD tools, applying GD&T and best drafting practices.
- Release and manage product data, drawings, and change orders in the PLM system in accordance with configuration management processes.
- Perform basic to intermediate mechanical analyses (e.g., structural, thermal, tolerance, and trade studies) to support design decisions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and scalable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 4 years of mechanical design experience, including CAD based modeling, electro-mechanical design and packaging, and stress and thermal analysis
- Working knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical assemblies
- Familiarity with GD&T and engineering documentation standards
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, fast‑paced development environments
