- Resolve manufacturing issues on gas turbine hot gas path hardware using mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Analyze and disposition deviant hardware and deliver corrective solutions
- Revise engineering drawings to improve manufacturability and prevent repeat issues
- Serve as a technical focal point for new process qualifications and supplier changes
- Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure hardware quality
- Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain engineering activities
- Ability to analyze and disposition deviant hardware
- Experience revising engineering drawings for manufacturability
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
