Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (8-month contract)

What’s the Job?
- Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions to support production goals.
- Analyze production workflows, equipment layouts, and assembly methods to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and production line issues to minimize downtime and improve performance.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements.
- Determine tooling, parts, and equipment requirements needed to achieve manufacturing objectives and product specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing support or production environment.
- Experience creating and updating manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control regulations (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, protected status, or eligible for export authorization).
