As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department, supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Lesage, West Virginia What's the Job? Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing technologies and methodologies Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues to minimize downtime What's Needed? Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field Proven experience in manufacturing process development and optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools is preferred What's in it for me?
