Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Evening
Location: Chester, VA
What's the Job?
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose equipment or facility issues, and complete repairs.
- Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
- Review and complete assigned work orders using a work order management system.
- Support efficient building operations by ensuring equipment and systems are functioning safely and effectively.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma.
- 5-7 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, facilities, building, or related environments.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work a rotating evening schedule after training.
