What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plant machinery, electrical systems, and PLC‑based equipment.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and repair 480v electrical systems.
- Complete work orders, PM documentation, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Journeyman‑level Maintenance Mechanic — able to troubleshoot without supervision.
- Strong 480v electrical experience (must‑have).
- Ability to use and calibrate test equipment and independently diagnose electro‑mechanical issues.
- Physical ability to bend, climb, lift 50 lbs., and work in various plant/weather conditions.
- High school diploma/GED; welding, electrical training, or machinery maintenance experience preferred.
