Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

Our client, an industry leader in industrial automation and process control, is seeking a Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join their team. As a Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting project development and implementation.

Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

Location: Allegan, Michigan 49010

Pay Range: $65,000 - $105,000

What's the Job?

• Design instrumentation and control systems to support customer and company projects
• Specify components and software from various manufacturers to meet project specifications
• Produce Industrial Control Panel designs that meet UL508A/698 requirements
• Collaborate with drafting teams to produce complete and accurate designs
• Support jobs and proposal activities, including review of specifications and production of submittals and estimates
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience working with integrated processes or electrical control systems
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and instrumentation measurement principles
• Ability to reason critically and apply problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
