What’s the Job?
- Develop end-to-end automotive technical training in multiple formats including ILT, eLearning (Articulate Storyline & Rise 360), microlearning, job aids, and digital courses
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical content and translate it into effective learning solutions
- Create storyboards, scripts, and highly interactive learning experiences (simulations, drag-and-drops, layered graphics)
- Capture photos and reference images onsite in the vehicle garage as needed
- Incorporate feedback, revise content iteratively, and continuously improve training effectiveness
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design or technical training
- Master-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline with a portfolio demonstrating interactive work
- Ability to conduct SME interviews and document technical content accurately
- Technical aptitude (automotive, mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing background preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
