Job Title: Fleet Support Engineer

What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations related to sensor issues within the fleet.
- Conduct detailed root cause analysis by reviewing logs and diagnosing hardware and software faults.
- Create, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides to assist technicians in resolving fleet issues efficiently.
- Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.
- Design diagnostic procedures to improve troubleshooting processes, focusing on sensor calibration and data integrity.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicle sectors, with a focus on perception systems and sensors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and safe troubleshooting practices.
- Understanding of hardware and software system architecture, including communication protocols in an operational setting.
- Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts effectively.
