Electronic Lab Technician

Our client, a technology and electronics engineering organization, is seeking an Electronic Lab Technician to join their team. As an Electronic Lab Technician IV, you will be part of the Engineering & Laboratory Operations Department supporting Electronic Design, Test, and Research Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, technical leadership ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electronic Lab Technician

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay Range: 29$ - 33$ per hour

What’s the Job?

• Lead the design, development, and validation of complex electronic systems and components across the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct advanced research and experimentation to evaluate emerging technologies and develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Design and implement sophisticated test procedures to evaluate performance, reliability, and functionality of electronic systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex electronic circuits and systems.
• Mentor junior lab technicians and provide technical leadership within the laboratory environment.
  
  

What’s Needed?

• 10 years of experience in an electronic laboratory or technical environment focused on design and testing.
• Extensive knowledge of analog and digital circuits, electronic components, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with electronic design tools (schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation software).
• Strong experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
