Job Title: Electrical Test & Validation Engineer

What’s the Job?
- Create, schedule, and execute engineered tests to validate complex electrical and electro‑mechanical systems for next‑generation nuclear reactor technology
- Develop and implement confirmation and validation testing strategies to meet customer, design, and regulatory requirements
- Identify, document, and lead resolution of technical risks across testing programs
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams to assemble test fixtures, prepare test facilities, and conduct unique testing
- Prepare and present technical data, reports, and documentation to internal teams and customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of testing experience with complex electrical or electro‑mechanical systems
- Strong experience with testing methodologies for new design development
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting analog and digital electronics using test instrumentation
- Programming experience in C, Python, LabVIEW, or LabWindows and familiarity with automated test systems
