What’s the Job?
- Serve as the single point of contact for all utility scope, including transmission, distribution, and substations.
- Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety for utility projects supporting data center operations.
- Publish, maintain, and report detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, identifying critical path activities.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, utilities, AHJs, and internal Energy teams through regular progress meetings.
- Track budgets, change orders, documentation, and deliver weekly progress reports with site updates and photos.
- Prior program or project management experience supporting utility or energy‑related projects.
- Mandatory utility experience (transmission, distribution, or substation projects).
- Ability to support Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT) core working hours.
- Experience coordinating with construction or infrastructure teams (no onsite construction required).
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross‑functional, partially remote environments.
