Job Title: Construction Production Supervisor

What’s the Job? (Max 5)
- Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers on-site and in daily operations
- Review operations and collaborate with technical/administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address operational issues
- Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance, including handling employee relations matters
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel documentation
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant experience required in a construction or production environment
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, tools, equipment, and blueprint reading principles
- Experience in construction field operations (GC or similar environment preferred), with ability to work independently
