As a Change Management Specialist, you will be part of the Change & Project Management department supporting various business verticals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving organizational change, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:Change Management Specialist Location:Chicago, Illinois or Houston, TX Pay Range: $50-$55/hr DOE plus benefits What's the Job? Create and execute detailed change management plans to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate risks Guide cross-functional teams in transitioning from current to future business states Build effective relationships with senior leaders and project teams, providing coaching and support Lead change management interventions including communications, training, and engagement activities What's Needed? 5+ years of experience leading large-scale change management initiatives in complex organizations Strong program and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP) is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills What's in it for me?
