- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs.
- Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.
- Write work orders, maintain reports, and follow safety protocols for hazardous materials.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- HVAC license preferred; certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdiction.
- Ability to lift/carry loads of 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs/ladders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of information.
