Job Title: Building Engineer

What's the Job?
- Monitor and maintain building system operations including plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems
- Perform standard repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal building performance
- Patch, paint, and handle filter changes as needed
- Manage fan cooling units in ceilings and respond to hot/cold calls promptly
- Utilize work order systems and tablets to document and track maintenance activities
- 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering roles
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Opportunity to work onsite at a smaller, dynamic location
- Potential for extension and conversion to full-time employment
- Engage in meaningful work maintaining essential building systems
- Collaborate with a dedicated team including FM and Mail Service Coordinators
